Customer Reviews of ILIFE V3s pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner
This little guy does a decent job cleaning, but it’s not very smart. Ok for the price.
On the positive side, it has a long charge life, running for about two hours if you let it. It cleans my hardwood, tile, as well as rugs and low pile carpet. It really helps me control all the dog fur that my pup sheds everyday. With a new baby, that’s something that has been a concern, and this is the main reason I purchased this product. I will still use a Swiffer and occasional upright vacuum after this robo-vac makes his rounds, but this guy gives me a little more free time.
The vac has a pretty good sensor that prevents it from running into walls or falling down stairs. It does hit some chairs but not very hard. It has only gotten stuck a couple times (under cabinets and a low coffee table).
On the negative side, ILIFE V3s pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner moves in very random patterns, often going over the same areas multiple times and missing others. I’ve actually closed doors to certain rooms after it goes in so it doesn’t go in again. It’s just a little unfortunate that I can’t do that in open areas.
It’s also pretty loud (especially on hardwood; it’s not so bad on carpet and rugs), but it’s fine if you don’t mind white noise. I can still hear the TV, and my baby sleeps through the vacuuming.
When it runs out of battery, it turns off the vacuum and returns to its base to charge. It will eventually get there, but I’ve seen it turn the wrong direction even when it is right next to the base.
Supposedly you can set this guy to run at a certain time every day (only each day, you can’t pick only certain days), but it has not run when I’ve scheduled it. Maybe I did not set it correctly.
Pros of ILIFE V3s pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner:
Long battery life
Picks up dog hair and dirt
Works on hardwood, tile, rugs, and low carpet
Cons of ILIFE V3s pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner:
Moves around randomly
Doesn’t find it’s home well, but it will eventually get there
Overall, it is decent for the price. It does what I need it to do. I wasn’t willing to spend $800 on a good robot vacuum, so it seems you get what you pay for.
